Advanced level of paper making / paper technology
Through understanding of paper process and paper technology, manufacturing, conversion, benchmark and paper properties
More than 3 years’ experience in operation of Paper production
Excellent command of English, additional language advantageous
Chemical engineering or comparable with relevant work experience in this area
University degree in Paper and Pulp technology
Ability to handle several projects in parallel
Availability for regular business trips up to >50%
Strong team-oriented working manner

your area of responsibility
In the focus is the paper production including:
Stock preparation, approach flow, paper machine, winder etc.
Auxiliary system to the above points like vacuum system, chemicals etc.
Part of the job is:
Developing and leading of technology projects across all our Business Units
Directly reporting to the respective project owner within the Business Unit and location, in order to:
Optimize paper production
Identify potentials and development projects from idea to business case
Developing und supporting technology database of the Equipment
Technology evaluation of “new ideas ”
Evaluation of main equipment supplier solutions during tendering
Developing the Equipment concept to meet the project targets
Local project team support in execution phase of CAPEX projects
Support during negotiation with suppliers together with CAPEX team
Supporting operations during the start-up of executed projects
Refining of CAPEX ideas in tight cooperation with mills
Screening new developments and technical solutions of suppliers
Location: Vienna (AT)
Start date: as soon as possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 70,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification
