Study in a mechanical/electrical or a process engineering related discipline
5+ years experience in project management/plant operation, including demonstrated experience leading projects
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
Capability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent English and good IT skills (MS office & project)
Structured, process-oriented working style paired with a pronounced analytical & technical understanding
Flexibility in terms of working location and willingness to go on assignment if needed

your area of responsibility
Lead and manage specific projects from the early stage of initiation to the final implementation for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Determine feasibility of designing new plant equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors
Establish, lead, guide and steer the project team and focus on project schedule, budget, quality delivery, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
Coordinate the use of specialist project service providers including contractors, consultants and vendors, to enable quality, on-time and on-cost delivery
Consult with the leadership team on mitigation of risks and issues, implementation planning, stakeholder management, and other aspects of delivery as required
Ensure regular reporting and updating of projects status in all related aspects

Start date: as soon as possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
