  • 2+ years of direct sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)

  • Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates.

  • Data-driven practices and abilities

  • "Can-do" attitude and a creative approach to sourcing

  • High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

  • Amazing team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

your area of responsibility

  • Lead sourcing activities for different R&D roles, by building effective and strategic sourcing plans.

  • Collaborate Work with the Talent Acquisition, build pipelines for different roles while creating a great candidate experience.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements.

  • Boost our brand in the tech community through an initiative of events, meetups, conferences, collaborations, etc.

  • Build a diverse talent pipeline through sourcing.

  • Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, Facebook, etc.

  • Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing
