Funnel Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization: Understands different funnel types and how to optimize each part of the funnel.
Marketing tech savvy: Familiar with Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, App Notifications, etc.
Project Management: Excellent time management and project management skills.
Stakeholder Management: Great at communicating and working with externals.
Proficient English Speaker (Same role also available for Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese native speakers)
Excellent interpersonal skills, an exceptional team player and able to handle tight deadlines, fast execution while being detailed-oriented

your area of responsibility
Product Launch: Leading a launch of a product from ideation to execution in coordination with various stakeholders, defining funnel, messaging, innovations. Rapidly optimizing funnels during the launch live stage based on data & performance..
Research: Constantly learn the cutting-edge marketing practices when it comes to launching campaigns in the industry, and figure out how they can be brought to your product funnels.
Marketing Psychology: Defining the marketing psychology, hooks and paradigm shifts for the Product and ensuring that the entire product is in alignment with the overall Marketing Strategy and Mindvalley’s branding.
Marketing Positioning: Supporting the marketing angles and messaging for new Mindvalley products.
Funnel building: Building funnels, target market analysis and finding the best market fit for your product. This will involve project management, creating & maintaining a straight line for standard operations, and communication with key stakeholders.
Generate Revenue: Responsible for increasing Mindvalley's revenue from the success of both product launch and evergreen.
Conversion Hacking: Responsible for improving conversion along the funnel
Measuring the impact: Reporting on important metrics from Google Analytics, Data Studio, Maropost and any other 3rd party tools that may be used.
