When it comes to outstanding SaaS products, Meister’s got the goods. Now we need a dynamic Team Lead Sales to bring them to the world. If you’ve got experience working in a high-growth environment and know what it takes to grow and manage a SaaS sales team, it could be you.

You’ll inspire a team of SaaS Account Executives to drive sales through new customer acquisition. Lead by example, motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets and engage proactively with potential customers… and you’ll be as big a success as our software.

your profile

  • 3+ years’ experience. You have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams in SaaS, preferably in a rapidly scaling business.

  • Sales-driven. You bring 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS role, underlying your knowledge and passion for high-volume, bottoms-up sales, complemented with top-down selling.

  • Pipeline strategist. You excel in establishing best practices for maximizing pipeline creation, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and maintaining HubSpot hygiene.

  • Sales leadership. You’re passionate about coaching, developing, and transforming world-class sales teams, while maintaining a strong customer-facing presence.

  • Customer advocacy. You are excited about supporting your team with customer deals and engaging in deals yourself.

  • Ambitious achiever. You thrive in sales situations, excelling at driving towards ambitious monthly targets.

  • Playbook pro. You’re experienced in implementing sales playbooks, guiding the team towards success.

  • Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills at a native or near-native level.

  • Empowering others. You have a natural ability to inspire, motivate and encourage your team on a daily basis, promoting ongoing growth and success.
