Growth captains wanted! As the newest addition of our Product Team, you will take charge of our flagship product MindMeister and ensure its future growth shines as brightly as its past trajectory. Alongside a talented team of engineers and designers, you’re a key player in our ambition to scale. In close collaboration with data and marketing teams, you will deliver product innovations that maximize our customer value.

You will dive deep into all steps of our user journey, spot the most impactful growth opportunities and make sure we are serving our ideal customer profile in the most efficient way possible. your profile

  • Real Life Experience. You have at least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in software/SaaS, ideally in B2B productivity.

  • PLG Pro. You have broad knowledge about Go-To-Market-Strategies and a history of working with a Product-Led-Growth approach.

  • Growth Credentials. You have a track record of delivering successful growth initiatives for user acquisition, conversion and monetization.

  • Eye for opportunities. You can identify and execute key growth levers for a subscription-based business model.

  • Strong analytical skills. You know your way around analyzing market data, performance metrics and customer feedback and how to transform them into opportunities for growth.

  • Data Autonomous. You understand database structures and, when needed, can build your own dashboards within a PM-oriented data tool like Looker, Amplitude or Metabase.

  • Tech savvy. You can grasp the high-level architecture of a product and are comfortable talking about scope and feasibility with your engineering peers.

  • Multiple hats. You can balance the needs of various stakeholders and effectively collaborate with commercial counterparts from Marketing, RevOps, Sales and CS.

  • Clear communication. You’re a believer in clear and concise communication to ensure everyone’s on the same page, you can communicate conceptual ideas annd decision rationale verbally and visually to a variety of audiences (team members, your squad, company-wide, leadership).

  • Leadership & interpersonal skills. You have the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Entrepreneur. You have a proactive and self-driven mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and initiative in achieving business objectives. You iterate quickly and utilize data and user research to ensure you’re on the right path towards your goal.
