Master’s degree; professional degree in HR is a plus
Strong knowledge of relevant statutory local labor laws and regulations
Maturity and gravitas to professionally handle sensitive people matters, minimizing liability for the firm and finding amicable solutions
Proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Strong customer orientation

4+ years of experience in a global organization with progressing responsibilities in HR/employee relations
Extensive knowledge of HR information systems, programs and Microsoft Office applications
Entrepreneurial mindset to lead change and think strategically; thorough knowledge of specific People practices
Proven project management skills
Strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end results
Excellent command of the English and Hungarian written and spoken language

your area of responsibility
You will oversee the administration of key HR processes and programs.
In this role, you will oversee and manage the full hire/to/retire HR agenda. You will provide advice and counsel to office leadership and staff members on full range of human resource issues and policies. While doing so, you will ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management.
You will leverage reporting and data in People Central (SAP) and other HR systems to provide the function(s) with a regular overview of its ‘health and performance’. You will liaise with firm and regional HR on risk management issues, policy changes, etc. as well as oversee regulatory compliance and implement required changes within cell.
You will provide deep HR expertise in area of specialization (e.g., compensation, recruitment of administration roles, benefits, mobility). You will be implementing strategic people related projects and initiatives. You will also be responsible for HR team in Budapest office and their development.
