Master degree with focus in HR
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast paced environment
You have a positive, "can do" attitude, taking initiatives and following projects through to completion
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Solid time management, you can multitask and prioritise your work

your area of responsibility
Collaborate in the hiring and onboarding process, welcoming new employees and performing all the necessary tasks to ensure the success of the hiring.
Manage entries / exits (creation of accounts, contracts, etc.)
Follow-up on personnel files (contracts, trial period, mandatory registers, absences, etc.)
Support the teams (advice, answers to various social questions, etc.)
Work closely with the Spanish team to organize events linked to culture and with HR global team in Paris.
Collaborate in the office management tasks
Provide support in the administrative management of the department.
Promote the good working environment in the office and carry out activities for it.
Help to ensure that prevention standards are met in the workplace.
