  • Master degree with focus in HR

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast paced environment

  • You have a positive, "can do" attitude, taking initiatives and following projects through to completion

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Solid time management, you can multitask and prioritise your work

  • Fluent english

your area of responsibility

  • Collaborate in the hiring and onboarding process, welcoming new employees and performing all the necessary tasks to ensure the success of the hiring.

  • Manage entries / exits (creation of accounts, contracts, etc.)

  • Follow-up on personnel files (contracts, trial period, mandatory registers, absences, etc.)

  • Support the teams (advice, answers to various social questions, etc.)

  • Work closely with the Spanish team to organize events linked to culture and with HR global team in Paris.

  • Collaborate in the office management tasks

  • Provide support in the administrative management of the department.

  • Promote the good working environment in the office and carry out activities for it.

  • Help to ensure that prevention standards are met in the workplace.
