Deep understanding of Nonwovens industry, ideally with a network in hygiene and / or related equipment and application technology
Business Development and negotiations expertise, including a proven track record of forming of partnerships with key players in the nonwovens and / or hygiene value chain
Curious, entrepreneurial & start up mindset with experience in strategy development
Innovative and analytical, with excellent cross-cultural negotiations & communication skills in English, other languages a plus
Mature personality with strong execution skills and hands-on mentality

your area of responsibility
Create, lead and manage LENZING™ Web Technology Business model(s)
Develop LENZING™ Web Technology business and partnerships to a new platform of revenue, from pilot / start-up phase to USD 20 - 50 million until 2025, providing sustainable application concepts and / or collaboration cross industry into different segments for a suitable range of new sustainable product applications
Define growth strategy for different product types, segments and customers and execute it in alignment with Lenzing’s other businesses / fiber types
Evaluate potential partnerships with other nonwovens or equipment manufacturers, while leading an agile team to make it happen
Propose and evaluate make or buy options in sensitive sectors in close alignment with legal, IP, R&D, M&A, etc.
