your area of responsibility

As a Team Assistant:

  • General office administration;

  • Business travels assistance: keep in touch with the travel agency, order flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rental, prepare travel orders;

  • Support Finance/Accounting team: invoices registration and archiving, process payments as per the team request if needed;

  • Storage administration: register incoming/outcoming equipment, keep track through specific documents;

  • HR Support: order meal tickets, prepare BPO contractors time & attendance sheet;

  • Point of contact for car leasing vendors and mobile services vendor;

  • Documents registration, printing, binding, copying, scanning;

  • File archiving & administration;

  • Cooperate and support related site functions (IT, Facility Management, site management);

  • Focal point for various corporate functions;

  • Mail distribution services including incoming, outbound, and registered mail;

  • Administrative and Audio Visual Support;

As a Marketing assistant:

  • Assist the preparations of the quarterly marketing activities and marketing plans

  • Communication with key Business Partners

  • Assist with the execution of marketing plans

  • Assuring all activities are done by Lenovo guidance and collecting proofs for those activities
