your area of responsibility
Manage the daily operations within the HR/GA field and in collaboration with external partners in a cost efficient and qualitative manner:
Run the Payroll (local contracts + expats)
Handle admin of KMB insurances
Training & Development: enroll personnel for trainings and follow up
Facilities of building: follow up maintenance of building and handle the interventions with suppliers
Employee welfare: organize events and follow up personnel matters
Coordinate projects within the determined HR field in line with the HR policies
Business Plan follow up: creation of Funds and request approvals following the internal procedures
Maintain and update the existing personnel data in software systems to guarantee a correct and updated database.
Act as internal specialist on HR topics in relation to questions from the staff
Be informed about the latest developments and evolutions social labour law
Support Executive management in administrative and operational tasks (Expat Management; Organization, coordination and preparation of meetings, process expense notes, agenda planning …)
Support to the recruitment process of interns ( screening, contract follow-up, …)
Onboarding/deboarding of employees
