your area of responsibility
The BDR Manager will be responsible for driving continued success in the development and progression of leads at the early stages of the Keelvar sales funnel.
Primary Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage the BDR team
Set and achieve targets and quotas for lead generation, meetings and deals.
Create effective messaging, content and cadences for use by the BDR team.
Coach team members on all aspects of BDR excellenceCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and forecast.
Participate in budget and resource planning for the BDR team.
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
You are a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the BDRs and help to train, onboard, and mentor new BDRs with the help of Keelvar's sales leadership and enablement team.
The ideal candidate has a proven history of coaching Sales Development Representatives to exceed their monthly, quarterly and annual meeting & pipeline quotas. Your background exemplifies demonstrated success in building camaraderie and community across the team and the entire Business Development organization.

your profile
You will have 4-7 years experience working as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS organisation.
You enjoy prospecting and building relationships with new customers.
Strong understanding of BDR processes, including CRM, automation tools and technologies, setting up cadences, writing Salesloft content and "cold calling"
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Strong leadership and coaching skills
