your area of responsibility

  • Calendar Management: Effectively manages CEO's calendar, ensuring no scheduling conflicts. Proactively prioritizes appointments based on urgency. Timely reminders for meetings and deadlines

  • Project & Task Management: Supports CEO and C-level with specific projects and tracks task progress. Coordinates cross-departmental collaboration on relevant projects

  • Communication & Email Handling: Screens and prioritizes CEO's emails. Drafts responses as needed and ensures critical communications are handled promptly. Manages correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Meeting Preparation & Minutes: Prepares agendas, materials, and presentations for key meetings. Takes concise meeting minutes and follows up on action items. Town Hall and Board deck organization.

  • Administrative Support: Provides general administrative support, including expense reports, filing, and office supply management.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinates complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Ensures cost efficiency and comfort

your profile

  • Experience in Executive Assistance: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role supporting C-level executives. Proven track record of managing complex schedules and projects

  • Proficiency in Czech and English

  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Consistently meets deadlines without supervision

  • Project Management: Experience in management and project delivery

  • Communication Skills (Verbal & Written): Strong written and verbal communication, able to draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Acts as a liaison between CEO and stakeholders

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with office software (e.g., GSuite, calendar tools). Can effectively manage virtual meetings and presentations (e.g., Zoom, Meet).

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of addressing issues independently, with proactive solutions. Uses sound judgment when dealing with unexpected challenges

  • Professionalism & Interpersonal Skills: Engages professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Demonstrates the ability to handle confidential information securely.
