  • 1-3 years experience working with paid channels for apps (the more knowledge you have about a specific channel, the better: quality beats quantity!)

  • You’re drowning in common sense and have the confidence to act on it

  • You believe that “done is better than perfect”

  • You possess both strong analytical capabilities and creative flair

  • You’re constantly learning, asking questions, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed - we want to grow not just as a company, but as individuals!

your area of responsibility

  • Own user acquisition across your markets / channels / platforms, scaling them in pursuit of the team’s monthly budget targets and ensuring Journi’s profitable growth

  • Use your analytical skills to continuously track, measure and optimise our paid ads to achieve target conversion rates and return-on-ad-spend

  • Think like a user and work closely with the wider marketing and media design team to create engaging ads for specific audiences

  • Pick up and test alternative channels in low seasons, and make preparations for high seasons

  • Be ready and hungry for additional projects that come up as part of life at a start-up, whilst maintaining a laser focus on the goals for paid ads
