You have completed commercial school or vocational training
You already have professional experience in customer service
You are confident in using MS-Office and ideally have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP B1, etc.)
You have an open, friendly personality with a high sales orientation
You have a good command of written and spoken English
You are willing to travel to a lesser extent (approx. 5x/year) incl. driving licence B

Our expertise lies in the creativity of producing innovative natural products from virgin sheep's wool exclusively mechanically, making them up for our customers and distributing them via wholesalers and specialist retailers.

Independent development and expansion of international customer relations
Supervision of freelancers
Co-development and implementation of sales strategies in the team
Participation in trade fairs and events, as well as independent customer visits (on a small scale)
