about the company
Founded in 2020, inoqo is a Retail Solution which enables grocery retailers, Food and Beverage (F&B) brands and suppliers to calculate the socio-environmental impact of their products and ingredients, subsequently helping them optimize their assortment. We also assist with communicating the results of the assessment to the customer through product labels that convey the products’ environmental impact through an easy-to-understand grading system.
diversity statement
"We value diversity and seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from the broadest talent pool possible. As long as you fulfill basic requirements (location, language, technology, background), we encourage everyone, particularly women, to apply even if you don't feel that you meet all the criteria above."

Build strong, long-term relationships with our B2B clients, becoming their go-to person for all inquiries, support, and guidance.
Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for clients by understanding their goals and helping them maximize the value of our product.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement, ensuring customers' voices are heard.
Manage customer communications around progress updates, delivery timelines, project milestones, invoice payments, etc.
Be proactive in spotting potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, passing these leads on to the sales team for further development.
your profile

You're a great listener, with the patience of a zen master when it comes to managing customer expectations—even when they might test your limits!
You’re highly organized, with strong project management skills that allow you to juggle multiple internal and external priorities, even with simple tools like Google Sheets/Excel.
You’re comfortable working independently, taking full ownership (especially in the first 6 months during Helene’s maternity leave), and continuing to thrive in a small but growing team.
You’re open to developing sales skills down the line, particularly around upselling and cross-selling.
You are fluent in spoken and written English, fluent German is a plus.
Bonus: you worked with LCA-related food and beverage products in the past.
