your area of responsibility

  • Definition and development of store/shop concepts and the related customer experience in close collaboration with the Board as well as Retail & Sales for the entire HUGO BOSS brand and distribution portfolio.

  • Consideration and orchestration of all relevant levers such as required brand impact, functional needs (retail strategy, customer journey, roll-out feasibility), and agreed investment costs.

  • Empowering your team to create bold and state-of-the-art store designs that can be scaled globally.

  • Enabling the markets to successfully implement HUGO BOSS concepts and guidelines according to globally defined standards and budgets.

  • Preparation of all required tools to enable the global execution interfaces to roll out the store concepts according to the defined implementation standards.

  • Ensuring global implementation standards as well as training and controlling consistent worldwide execution of our POS.

  • Definition and development of our global window design concepts.

  • Responsibility for space allocations in close collaboration with the retail team in the markets.

your profile

  • Vast professional experience in the premium/luxury fashion & lifestyle industry.

  • Extensive experience in store design and architecture.

  • Proven leadership skills to motivate, develop, and coach managers and teams.

  • Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels.

  • Affinity for numbers and processes to drive the business from both a design and commercial perspective.

  • Professional international experience and a global mindset.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in German is an added advantage.
