A Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter with min. 5 years’ experience in delivering all stages of the recruitment process, from advertisement to offer, communicating with a high volume of candidates on a daily basis
Background from either internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency
Experience managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders
Strong and advanced sourcing skills
Fluent English skills
A natural “people’s person” with great communication, interpersonal skills and good levels of emotional intelligence
Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and confident working with stakeholders on all levels
Highly organised day to day, able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
IT savvy, professional skills with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong affinity to the HelloFresh brand and culture

In the commercial Talent Acquisition team we have a lean mindset, making data-driven decisions and encouraging autonomy to deliver high quality corporate hires. We’re driven by hiring excellent people and work closely with all areas of the business to deliver this.

What you’ll do
Identify, engage and create an exceptional network with passive candidates, that will help HelloFresh’s corporate teams grow
Build a strong pipeline of corporate talents, using traditional and creative channels, while levering community events and our tools
Provide strategic market insights to our Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders, that will support them in their searches for the right candidate
Maintain an exceptional level of quality in our data entry and use this data analysis in every recruitment decision
Work on projects that aim to improve our Employer Branding, Social Media presence, Referral Program, and others, in collaboration with different teams.
