Has hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software

Is fluent in German and English
Has direct experience running A/B or split tests
Has solid communication skills, as we like to have fun, but professional behavior is always a must

Is able to make decisions and operates independently with respect to complex issues
Understanding of mobile app tracking

Deep-dive into the clients’ business challenges by performing research, analyzing data and developing key insights that translate into growth strategies.
Creating, planning, managing, timely delivering and measuring of digital marketing strategies for our clients. Adopting a variety of tools and methods to support implementing selected strategies and organizational designs.
Utilize the t-shaped skill set to implement various marketing tactics for dedicated client projects and support other team members with personal expertise.
Plan, prioritize and set up creative and innovative ideas for our clients, come up with smart hypotheses and design growth experiments to be proven or respectively disproven.
Define and measure key metrics for clients, come up with actionable insights by combining data from multiple sources and regularly share the progress towards the relevant targets. Keep track of all executed activities within our clients’ digital marketing strategies and deliver learning documents and overall project documentation at the end of relevant project phases.
