We imagine you have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree within a relevant field (IT, data analytics, economy or business) combined with some years of relevant experience.
Have experience working with report creation in systems like SAP BW, SuccessFactors People Analytics/Embedded Analytics, Service Now Reporting or PowerBI.
Have experience in building reporting self service solutions for key stakeholders and promote the solutions
Have experience working with reporting of HR Metrics/HR Dashboards
Have advanced Excel skills incl. VBA coding, R, Python etc. - to be able to create automatic reports
Preferably, have experience working in a global multinational company
Have excellent communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently
As person, you are an outgoing team player, able to enter into value-adding dialogues with the business, using your solid communication skills. Most important you have a keen interest in the area of data analytics and reporting. You must have an analytical and structured working method, and then you are very oriented towards details. You are proactive, and you have the personal drive to work independently.

Do you know all about data analytics and reporting? Do you know how to prepare and present data findings in the form of dashboards or various reporting? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
As our new Reporting Specialist you will be part of our global Human Resource organization, more specifically our HR Tech & Data Foundation Team, who delivers global IT HR Project to the entire Grundfos organization. This happens in close cooperation with key stakeholders in the global HR organization, both CoEs (Center of Excellence) and thereby Process Owners, who are leading the process part of the projects, HR Services in term of ensuring that the new initiatives are aligned with daily operations – but also towards IT, Finance and other functions needed in terms of support on data availability, quality, reporting architecture and stakeholders that request the reports or data insights.
We own our HR data and we also bring it to live via HR Reporting.
As our new Reporting Specialist, you will join a fantastic team consisting of approx. 8 people with different backgrounds and areas of responsibilities. The position will be located in Hungary, Budapest.
What is the job about?
Overall, your focus is on delivering value-adding reporting to all areas of Grundfos, based on data from a variety of sources and systems. You will also act as a consultant when business needs advice on solutions and help develop the more advanced reporting setups.
You will also work with reporting architecture and stakeholders that use the reporting to improve user experience.
You will support the further development of our HR Dashboard Offer as well as you will prepare and present data findings to our leadership teams in the format of guided readings of dashboards or various reporting.
You will prepare and present data findings/automatized data reports as a key material to support decision-making.
