You are experience with delivering structured and clear analysis of complex situations. You have the availability to both structure large amount of data from various data sources, extract the key messages and structure it in easily readable storylines. You succeed in delivering facts in a complex matrix organization, because you have authority, robust and have availability to convince people through facts and figures. You have minimum a master’s degree and applicable experience in demand planning of at least 5 years.

This role requires very well-developed capability to work in a matrix and communication skills at all levels. You are a team player and can easily make connection with other people. We expect approx. 20 days of traveling.

Professional skills & experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from a complex environment

  • Have the capability of transforming complex data, into easily readable decision presentations.

  • Customer oriented

  • Master Excel and experience within SAP IBP/BW will be an advantage

  • Excellent in English

  • Demand Planning knowledge preferable including some financial perspective

  • Strong in building relations and communicating with all layers of the organization.

  • Can support taking complex fact-based decision

  • Highly analytical and structured approach

your area of responsibility

The Group Forecasting analyst will be responsible for both bringing a constantly high level of analytical support into our Global Forecasting team, support statistical forecasting and being able to bridge units development and financial development. This will be done through working closely together with Global Product Forecast managers, supply planning managers, Group Finance and other key Group functions. The Group forecasting analyst is responsible for clearly highlighting areas for improvements and providing analytical input to ongoing activities, for improving our Demand planning process.

The Key Responsibilities for the position:

  • Provide input to secure that our chains are in balance between volume and value

  • Support in adjusting our statistical models to make the best fit for our sales

  • Ensure that we have the right KPI’s and ensure that they are available

  • Build and update various presentations

  • Consolidate input and changes from a planning point of view to our product hierarchy

  • Support ongoing projects
