Your Challenge

  • Develop and implement Greiner Packaging’s supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with our sites and Greiner AG's objectives.

  • Monitor and optimize supply chain performance using key KPIs, driving efficiency and cost reduction.

  • Lead initiatives to simplify supply chain processes, enhance agility, and improve responsiveness to market demands.

  • Continuously improve material flows, inventory management, and working capital optimization to ensure supply chain excellence.

  • Act as the owner of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Business Unit Greiner Packaging, ensuring its effective implementation and continuous enhancement.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including logistics partners and suppliers, to implement transport and logistics optimizations.

  • Facilitate best practice sharing to drive operational supply chain excellence.

your profile

Your Profile

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical field.

  • Several years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in plastics parts and components manufacturing or a B2B environment.

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and independent approach to work.

  • Fast comprehension and ability to identify and navigate complex supply chain interdependencies.
