Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience building, supporting, or migrating public cloud workloads in the enterprise space.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with program management, enterprise technology implementation, strategy development, and customer advocacy.

  • Experience with core system administration tools, basic networking protocols, and Cloud security and compliance.

  • Experience in the Engineering field, or equivalent work experience showing client service and/or management consulting.

  • Presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and a diverse array of stakeholders.

  • Effective cross-functional project management, verbal/written communication, and stakeholder management skills.

your area of responsibility

  • Work with our Customers and Sales teams to identify and lead onboarding engagements to the Google Cloud Platform, enabling them to use its full potential.

  • Improve our Onboarding programs based on vertical and horizontal needs of customers in order to scale in these areas.

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Partner, Engineering, and Product teams to manage customer onboarding, provide product roadmaps, and feature improvements related to the onboarding process.

  • Provide guidance to customers during the planning phase of the onboarding process, gather relevant data to ensure a successful onboarding engagement, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery teams.
