Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent pratical experience.

  • Experience in strategy consulting or similar work requiring program and/or project management.

  • Experience in stakeholder management.

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.

  • Experience working within high-growth organizations and managing external engagements (e.g. institutional external stakeholders/bodies).

  • Experience working with an executive group to drive business critical decisions and manage workshops.

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.

  • Ability to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, analytical, and probem-solving skills.

your area of responsibility

  • Partner with Central and Eastern European (CEE) leadership to set and drive cross-functional priorities, and align with global counterparts’ strategy across key critical functions not solely limited to Google Ads (e.g., Brand and Reputation, Public Affairs, Finance, Communicatons, Legal, Industry Association Relations).

  • Maintain and manage an operating rhythm and governance framework to ensure our priorities are being managed effectively towards success, and decisions are being taken in an efficient manner.

  • Take over when needed to support programs and help arrange internal communications (e.g., site events, executive management, culture initiatives, and workshops).

  • Serve as an advisor to the regional Vice President, respective Country Directors, and Country Go-To-Market Director.

  • Drive best-practice sharing across similar archetype markets and EMEA.
