  • Previous experience in B2B sales, B2C, negotiation, brokerage, and/or travel & tourism

  • Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative

  • Determination and enthusiasm to achieve results

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends, holiday, overtime, and travel)

  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus (German language is not required)

  • Must have the right to live and work in Austria

  • Business Aviation Experience is a plus and BA/BS degree advantageous

your area of responsibility

  • Maintaining relationships with Clients and GlobeAir Partners both before and after flight

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

  • Grow both B2B and B2C Customers

  • Develop additional sales on Experiences with our Network of Partners (Yachts, Private Villas, Hotels etc)

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of Client flight requirements and proposing options and experiences to match their needs

  • Expanding on Client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of Client specifics
