At least 4-5 years of experience in Digital & Growth Marketing
Fluency in English and German is mandatory. Any other language is a plus like French or Dutch is a big plus.
Experience with a suite of marketing and CRM tools (Hubspot, Google analytics, Adobe - Experiences in different areas of B2B marketing like paid advertising, content marketing, workflow automation, email marketing.
Good understanding of customer journeys to establish growth marketing methods and processes
Experience building landing pages and websites (Wordpress, HTML, CSS )
Good copy-writing & content creation skills for social media is a plus
Hands-on experience in planning, executing and measuring digital/growth marketing strategies
Experience with the set up for Fairs and tradeshows
Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions
Proactive, independent, and structured working style
Good communication skills and joy from working with people

your area of responsibility
Maintain and grow our paid channels (mainly Google, Meta and LinkedIn) in our various markets, optimize lead nurturing efforts, and drive our SEO strategy to bring in qualified leads, per market or region.
Develop new and enhance the existing email automations to nurture the generated leads and push them towards conversion and ideate on new ways to increase our email subscription rate.
Design experiments, local multi-channel marketing campaigns per country and drive the successful execution of the campaigns.
Utilize growth marketing tools to identify various channels for growth.
Set growth targets and take a methodical and analytic approach to identify positive outcomes and areas for improvement to achieve our marketing KPIs.
