10+ years experience selling training or learning services is required; background in B2B or Learning & Development Sales is a plus

Google Drive (Docs, Sheets), MS Office, and Salesforce proficiency is required.

your area of responsibility
Joining our team means you'll both make money and make a huge impact. We're looking for a high-energy, motivated sales professional adept at selling in-person and online learning solutions to large companies, and developing revenue-generating partnerships. We’re looking for someone that is goal-oriented, energetic, and entrepreneurial. The ideal candidate is a hunter and relationship builder; they have experience selling training or is familiar with the learning and development space.
You’ll be responsible for selling creative, accelerated learning solutions:
Live and remote/virtual innovation workshops
On-demand courses and online skill-building challenges
Training resource licensing deals -- including custom resource packages to large licensing partners (e-learning providers, cohorts, universities, associations etc.)
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Proactively generate + cultivate leads to drive sales to beat revenue targets
Manage sales pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly quota goals
Build and expand partnerships with resellers and other growth strategy partnerships
Expand existing client relationships through upselling of workshops and online services
Create proposals to address client needs + position us as the optimal solution
Work closely with the VP of Growth Strategy to add value to existing offers
