  • 2+ years of working experience in designing digital creatives in a startup environment

  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing the creative aspects of marketing campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

  • An eye for great design, detail, typography, and color

  • An iterative experimentation mindset and the ability to prioritize for impact

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Collaborative self-starter with a getting-things-done and initiative-taking mindset

  • Be based within +/- 3 hours from CET

With our AI-based guitar learning app Fretello, we empower people to express themselves through music. This experience can look different for every user as our learning content is customizable and adapted to the experience level. Our app not only allows our users to learn, practice, and play the guitar, Fretello provides real-time feedback and enables our users to follow a learn path, choose customizable practice sessions, or learn how to play their favorite songs.

Do you have a passion for creating visually engaging and unique design assets? Do you enjoy using color, detail, and typography to your advantage? Does creativity, innovation, and taking action get your feet tapping? If yes, then look no further!


Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a visual virtuoso to help us in spreading the news worldwide about Fretello and the value that we bring to each and every user in their guitar learning journey.


Your playground:


  • Playing an active role in campaign planning and driving impact by conceptualizing, creating, and optimizing visual assets and design

  • Designing creative assets for our marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and social media

  • Efficiently creating and testing ideas and assets to make our Fretello brand stand out and improve community engagement

  • Delivering creatives according to brand guidelines and collectively defined deadlines

  • Comfortably taking on short-notice design tasks and remaining flexible to changing priorities

  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders for design feedback and guidance to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints

  • Maintaining and helping improve the look and feel of our digital brand

  • Being the go-to designer for occasional requests from internal stakeholders such as the HR or Content team
