  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing with a special emphasis on CRM for B2C mobile apps, ideally in the Music or EdTech industry

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (, OneSignal, Braze or any similar tool)

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills and a passion for music

  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills in campaign management

  • Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JSON/XML and plus points for a basic understanding of ASO, SEO, and mobile UI/UX principles

  • Enthusiastic self-starter with an analytical mindset, a sense of ownership, and a desire to constantly improve

  • Be based within +/- 3 hours from CET

Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a CRM Specialist to help us create meaningful user experiences, spark emotions, and inspire users to download and engage with Fretello, making us their #1 guitar learning companion.

Your playground:

  • Taking full ownership of Fretello’s CRM user journeys to engage, retain, and delight guitar learners and enthusiasts worldwide

  • Developing a deep understanding of Fretello’s voice, strategic communication, and brand identity

  • Producing consistent and impactful communication across all marketing and product touchpoints, from in-app text to paid ads, or from emails to push notifications, etc

  • Conceptualizing and conducting experiments to further improve messaging’s goal achievement (engagement, retention, conversion, etc)

  • Understanding and using performance KPIs to be able to measure, improve, and proactively report on them
