Data Analysis: Deep dive into data to understand rider and driver needs.
Solution Building: Create hypotheses, test solutions to address user problems and seize business opportunities.
Optimisation: Optimize the matching algorithm by delivering on user and business goals.
Leadership: Lead and support a team of Engineers, Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and Designers.
Collaboration: Align and work with cross-functional teams
Stakeholder Management: Defend ideas confidently and foster strong relationships.

your profile
3-5 years experience as Product Manager (or 5-8 years experience for Senior Product Manager)
Experience working with Data Science and Operations Stakeholders.
Robust data analysis and visualisation skills (Being hands-on is a plus).
Background in Tech/Analytics/Data Science, preferably within B2C marketplaces & Mobility.
Ability to manage and lead within ambiguity.
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to overcome blockers.
Motivated to deliver results quickly and raise the bar.
