your area of responsibility
Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with company goals; prioritize initiatives for business value.
Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure.
Drive advanced analytics and AI to support data-driven decision-making and insights.
Implement and enforce policies for data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, finance) to deliver data solutions and ensure alignment.
Stay current on data and AI trends, implementing new technologies to drive innovation.
Track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on data project progress.
your profile
Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing, integration, and governance principles.
Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
Proficiency with data management tools (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
Familiar with programming languages (Python, R) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing data teams.
Ability to align data strategies with business goals and prioritize initiatives.
Expertise in data engineering, analytics, science, and infrastructure design/maintenance.
Strong skills in conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effective reporting.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data-related challenges.
Stay current with data/AI trends and implement new technologies and methodologies.
