your area of responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with company goals; prioritize initiatives for business value.

  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure.

  • Drive advanced analytics and AI to support data-driven decision-making and insights.

  • Implement and enforce policies for data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, finance) to deliver data solutions and ensure alignment.

  • Stay current on data and AI trends, implementing new technologies to drive innovation.

  • Track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on data project progress.

your profile

  • Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing, integration, and governance principles.

  • Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, statistical analysis, and data modeling.

  • Proficiency with data management tools (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiar with programming languages (Python, R) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing data teams.

  • Ability to align data strategies with business goals and prioritize initiatives.

  • Expertise in data engineering, analytics, science, and infrastructure design/maintenance.

  • Strong skills in conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effective reporting.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data-related challenges.

  • Stay current with data/AI trends and implement new technologies and methodologies.
