your area of responsibility

  • You are the first point of contact for new customers and support them with system setup and onboarding

  • You always have an open ear for concerns of all kinds and try to remain professional and optimistic in every situation and focus on solutions instead of problems

  • You are the interface between our inbound sales, customers and suppliers

  • You train customers on our system solution (online demos)

  • Telephone support and assistance for existing customers (ticket system)

  • Supervision of the support centre and creation of help articles

your profile

  • Completed secondary school with Matura or ongoing/completed studies

  • Career changers from the catering and hotel industry with an affinity for IT welcome

  • Very good written and spoken German and English

  • Logical and analytical thinking

  • Experience in project management is an advantage

  • You are able to structure your day independently and prioritise your tasks

  • Ability to understand complex interrelationships

  • Strong communication skills and presence in customer meetings

  • You are not easily flustered and are very patient

  • Accuracy and perseverance

the benefits

Gross annual salary of at least EUR 38,500. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.


An analytical, independent job with a lot of personal responsibility.
