your area of responsibility
You are the first point of contact for new customers and support them with system setup and onboarding
You always have an open ear for concerns of all kinds and try to remain professional and optimistic in every situation and focus on solutions instead of problems
You are the interface between our inbound sales, customers and suppliers
You train customers on our system solution (online demos)
Telephone support and assistance for existing customers (ticket system)
Supervision of the support centre and creation of help articles
your profile
Completed secondary school with Matura or ongoing/completed studies
Career changers from the catering and hotel industry with an affinity for IT welcome
Very good written and spoken German and English
Logical and analytical thinking
Experience in project management is an advantage
You are able to structure your day independently and prioritise your tasks
Ability to understand complex interrelationships
Strong communication skills and presence in customer meetings
You are not easily flustered and are very patient
Accuracy and perseverance

Gross annual salary of at least EUR 38,500. The actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
