your area of responsibility
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts
Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions
Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests
Create user-centered solutions and services within our software products to keep the focus on people's needs
Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence
Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering both professional and personal growth to gain ownership in future projects
Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 sessions
your profile
At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products, ideally with SaaS solutions or manager tools
A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping with at least one case study that showcases your way of working and bringing value
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
Fluency in English, written and spoken; German skills are a plus
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
Proficient with Figma
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders
A daring approach to exploration and learning, with an eagerness to continuously improve

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 50,000 (based on a full-time basis of 35h per week).
