your area of responsibility

  • Supporting the full employee life cycle from onboarding new hires, conducting HR induction meeting, processing changes in our HRIS, auditing / maintaining integrity of employee data and managing offboarding activities including leaver letters.

  • Providing tier 1 support to employees by managing our shared HR inbox, answering general employee queries related to policies/procedures, systems, pay and benefits, and escalating issues to the HR Business Partners as needed.

  • Manage the organization of the HR shared drive.

  • Own employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with local regulations in each country including right-to-work checks.

  • Liaise with payroll on changes to employee compensation.

  • Supporting benefits administration, including new hire and pension enrolment, processing qualifying events, supporting HR team to process and track leaves of absence, processing benefits offboarding.

  • Process employee changes in HRIS related to job, salary, status, promotions, transfers and terminations and support with data audits to ensure integrity of employee data.

  • Support with creation and dissemination of process documents related to standard HR operations.

  • Support Recruiters with compensation data and pulling salary reports when requested.

  • Providing support to the HR team on key projects, including acquisitions / integration tracking, PTO end of year clean up, benefits processing, employee document system set up.

  • Supporting with basic reporting requests including headcount, turnover reports, time off, and any other ad hoc reports.

  • Support with the logistics of training programs including Manager Forums.

  • Support with any additional queries and ad hoc requests from the HR team.
