You have a business school degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce project management.

Interested in the different areas of the company in order to think about what can be used for the content.
You have a good team spirit.
A good command of English is required.
You are an expert in acquisition levers, Excel and Google Ads & Analytics.
You have a mind for analysis and synthesis.
You love fashion and is well informed about the work of interesting brands.
You are proficient in the fashion industry and have a good knowledge of the accessories industry.
Experienced in online-marketing of a design or fashion brand.
Living in Vienna or close.

your area of responsibility
The Web Marketing Coordinator manages the online shop and is responsible for supporting the creation, development and management of our traffic acquisition channels and launching new business opportunities.
SEO: Website optimization to develop and improve search engine positioning
SEA: Develop new acquisition channel, manage investment costs, analyze performance and ensure coordination with agencies regarding campaign management. Help build monthly budget. You will be expected to optimize campaign and improve their KPI’s (CPC, CTR, conversion ratios)
SOCIAL ADS: Briefing, Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns implementation, costs control, strategy definition, performance analysis and reporting
Keep an open mind and innovative spirit at all time and ensure business intelligence with agencies and partners (Facebook, Bing, Google) to beta test new features, tools...
Analyze and build reports for your activity and ensure their communication
Daily monitoring of KPI's to continuously improve your actions
Define areas for improvement and necessary action plans to optimize results
Binding employment at least for the time until the cooperation is regulated in terms of content and organisation.
Subsequently, freelance work with profit sharing is also conceivable.
