your area of responsibility

  • Holistic management of personnel processes (advertisements, interviews, administration of personnel files, employment certificates, etc.).

  • Creation of employment contracts, additions, contract dissolutions.

  • Onboarding and support of new employees, and off-boarding.

  • Interface to external payroll accounting.

  • Advising managers on personnel-related issues.

  • Support for managers in employee/target/development discussions

  • Management of the HR system ("Personio") including master data maintenance.

  • Participation in the creation and implementation of a systematic personnel development strategy.

  • Recruitment of volunteers and temporary workers for our main annual event in August in Alpbach.

your profile

  • Completed degree with a focus on HR or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience.

  • Knowledge of labor law.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365).

  • Charismatic and motivating personality.

  • Positive attitude towards people.

  • Assertiveness coupled with a hands-on mentality.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility and stress resistance.

  • Accuracy, reliability, and an independent working style.
