your area of responsibility

  • Build and manage automations that ensure our data is processed effectively and flows around the company, so people love using it

  • Develop prototypes and products using low and no-code tools (like Airtable and Retool) that enable us to effectively capture, understand and analyse data

  • Develop and roll out new data logging and data capture tools across the business.

  • Understand and improve the daily habits and behaviours of everyone in the business, when it comes to making data-driven decisions

  • Leading internal customer discovery to identify new areas and priorities that our team should focus on in the future

You’ll also have the chance to take on more responsibility such as:

  • Designing and building out our data architecture and infrastructure, working with our data warehouse BigQuery and no-code data modelling tool y42

  • Delivering scalable training to drive our data-driven culture

  • Delivering analysis to operational and strategic questions for leadership.
