your area of responsibility
Independently driving project development up to the stage of construction, with support from the technical and legal team
Identification and evaluation of suitable sites for photovoltaic, wind and hybrid projects with a focus on railway infrastructure
Independent research of land owners as well as establishing and maintaining
contacts
Target-oriented approach and coordination with land tenants, agricultural
cooperatives as well as municipalities and federal states
Independent negotiation and conclusion of land and cooperation agreements
Coordination of contractual partners throughout the entire project development cycle up to construction
Representation of the company in associations and at trade fair events
your profile
Completed commercial or technical training / school-leaving qualification (HTL, HAK or Gymnasium)
Of advantage, but optional: Degree in economics or similar (FH or university) or professional experience in the field of field service/sales
Languages: German and English fluently
Independent and goal-oriented way of working, structured and networked thinking
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Open personality and not shy about contacting people by phone
Strong communication skills in dealing with stakeholders as well as negotiation skills, assertiveness and a confident manner
Personal interest in renewable energies
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Austria
Driving licence (class B)
