your area of responsibility
Lead the business and all activities in Germany
Build up a team in Germany
Identify and evaluate project opportunities, lead M&A process, develop projects,
manage relationships with utilities, authorities and landowners
Coordinate with and supervise partners in Germany
Communicate and align with other departments such as the legal and technical team
your profile
Completed university degree
At least 5 years‘ experience in a management position, as well as experience in the
development of major projects
Knowledge of the mobility or rail sector is an advantage
Experience in the German wind energy and PV market
Strong knowledge of M&A transactions and good general technical understanding
of wind and PV projects
Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Fluent language skills in German and English
