your area of responsibility

  • Be a business partner to the company’s leadership and own on all People topics, while building and leading a robust team capable of scaling our operations across talent acquisition, learning and development, people partnership, operations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).

  • Lead the development, recruitment, and retention efforts to assemble a high-performing team. Utilize data to refine talent acquisition and development processes, ensuring they support our ambitious growth targets.

  • Cultivate a dynamic culture that grows with our team, embedding our values and leadership principles across every aspect of the employee experience. Design initiatives to enhance how our distributed team communicates and operates, ensuring a shared culture and vision.

  • Manage all People operations, prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Use data and analytics to streamline operations, from onboarding to career progression, and ensure decision-making processes are informed and effective. Build structures that support scalability in a distributed environment.

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, weaving People strategies into the overall business plan. Propel initiatives that boost organisational performance and foster innovation.
