BA in engineering,
experience with ISO or IATF certification audits,
fluent in English (B2 level or higher),
drivers license (B),
experience in the automotive, electronic or electric motor industry are always a plus.

As our SQM you would be responsible for:
Setting up and managing a centralized supplier quality system
Analysing various production technologies and capacities and analyzing capacities of suppliers
Searching for new suppliers and supply chains (locally and globally), searching and analyzing new technologies for the production of Elaphe products
Evaluating and implementing supplier audits according to ISO 9001, VDA, IATF
Writing and preparing documentation for inquiries
Preparing control plans
Analysing different measurement protocols, certificates, safety data sheets, checking compliance with RoHS, REACH, and different supplier documentation
Supporting Purchasing Department in optimizing offers and costs
Implementing and guiding changes in the process of components design
Setting requirements for products and processes and analyzing them
Ordering samples and monitoring the testing of new materials in production and with suppliers
Supporting suppliers in launching new Elaphe products
Communicating with suppliers, visiting and maintaining good and professional business relations with suppliers
Supporting internal and external audits of the company
Resolving or supporting in resolving (root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive measures) inconsistencies and problems arising from supply chains
Supporting R&D teams in the development of new products and the launch of products into production
Participating in development and project teams
Supporting industrialization of products, supporting a selection of production technologies
Reviewing technical documentation and technical specifications
