your area of responsibility
You support private customers in selecting the right financial products (consumer credit, current account, savings products) - from initial enquiry to conclusion
You inform, advise and support users independently and objectively - via telephone (inbound/outbound campaigns, no cold calling!), via e-mail and live chat
You document relevant information from customer contacts as well as important KPIs (e.g. number of customers in the queues, processed customer cases, etc.)
You check customer information, documents and financial feasibility
You are the interface to the customer service departments of our partner banks
You proactively contribute to the further development of our processes by providing suggestions for improvement and customer feedback and supporting the testing of new features
your profile
You are an open, communicative personality with a strong team spirit and high quality and customer orientation
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in customer contact in the field of banking/finance, e.g.: by working in a service center or a bank branch
Ideally, you have experience in the distribution and/or sale of banking products
You are a sales talent with convincing communication, enjoy talking on the phone and your will to succeed drives you
You have an affinity for digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new processes
You have an excellent command of written and spoken German
