your area of responsibility

  • You support private customers in selecting the right financial products (consumer credit, current account, savings products) - from initial enquiry to conclusion

  • You inform, advise and support users independently and objectively - via telephone (inbound/outbound campaigns, no cold calling!), via e-mail and live chat

  • You document relevant information from customer contacts as well as important KPIs (e.g. number of customers in the queues, processed customer cases, etc.)

  • You check customer information, documents and financial feasibility

  • You are the interface to the customer service departments of our partner banks

  • You proactively contribute to the further development of our processes by providing suggestions for improvement and customer feedback and supporting the testing of new features

your profile

  • You are an open, communicative personality with a strong team spirit and high quality and customer orientation

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in customer contact in the field of banking/finance, e.g.: by working in a service center or a bank branch

  • Ideally, you have experience in the distribution and/or sale of banking products

  • You are a sales talent with convincing communication, enjoy talking on the phone and your will to succeed drives you

  • You have an affinity for digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new processes

  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken German
