your area of responsibility
You inspire our customers primarily in writing and support them, for example, in questions about offers, claims, contract changes or complaints in the field of insurance
You take care of the processing of customer inquiries on your own responsibility
You act for our customers as an interface to providers such as insurance companies, banks, energy providers, and much more.
Depending on your career level or experience & interest, you will take on additional tasks or special roles (e.g. training of new employees, knowledge management)
