You are part of the team that develops the online presence of our newspaper with over 1 million visitors daily - in the areas of publishing, sales, community or paid products
You will actively shape our agile development process with product managers, UX designers and engineering
Together with the team, you make architectural decisions, implement solutions and support them with automated tests
Your area of responsibility enables you to develop professionally and personally
your profile
At least five years of experience in software engineering
Experience with Node.js, Typescript, Cloud (AWS), Infrastructure as Code, Databases
Experience with various architectural styles and patterns (distributed, microservices, event-driven, change data capture, etc.)
Experience and success with high-load website projects and load balancing via CDNs
A communicative personality and proactive mentality
Enjoy working with and in teams
Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of .NET Framework / MSSQL
