your area of responsibility

  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

  • Get the team to recognize areas of strength and improvement and employ appropriate development techniques.

  • Ensure Scrum is understood and the team follows Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

  • Coach the Scrum team in the skills needed, domain knowledge, and communication, both internally and externally.

  • Work with the Scrum Team, and internal and external stakeholders, to influence and guide decision-making and support organizational project or product teams.

  • Coach and help team members to grow in their career, by regular 1 to 1 conversations and providing feedback and guidance focusing on areas of improvement.

  • Responsible for team members' performance review.

  • Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

  • Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.

  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices.

  • Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

your profile

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM®) is a plus.

  • Experience with Scrum framework and Agile principles.

  • Experience with the software development life cycle.

  • Experience in Agile Software Delivery methodologies.

  • Define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance.

  • English — at least Upper-Intermediate.
