your area of responsibility
Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
Get the team to recognize areas of strength and improvement and employ appropriate development techniques.
Ensure Scrum is understood and the team follows Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Coach the Scrum team in the skills needed, domain knowledge, and communication, both internally and externally.
Work with the Scrum Team, and internal and external stakeholders, to influence and guide decision-making and support organizational project or product teams.
Coach and help team members to grow in their career, by regular 1 to 1 conversations and providing feedback and guidance focusing on areas of improvement.
Responsible for team members' performance review.
Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices.
Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
your profile
At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Scrum Master certification (CSM®) is a plus.
Experience with Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Experience with the software development life cycle.
Experience in Agile Software Delivery methodologies.
Define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance.
English — at least Upper-Intermediate.
