your area of responsibility
We’re seeking a Marketing Team Lead who enjoys leading a small, hands-on team and staying collaborative in a growth-stage environment. You'll lead both inbound and outbound marketing to build pipeline, enhance conversions, and foster lasting customer relationship in the global coffee industry. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with other teams including, but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.
The preferred location for this role is Vienna, with the possibility of hybrid work.
What you'll do:
Team Leadership & Management
Guide and support a small marketing team, setting direction, offering feedback, and encouraging growth.
Manage agency relationships with clarity and consideration.
Pipeline Generation
Oversee inbound and paid campaigns that drive qualified leads.
Lead and refine outbound campaigns alongside Sales.
Experiment, analyze, and scale new lead sources, landing pages, and nurture flows.
Collaborate to ensure clear tracking from lead to closed deal and retention.
Campaigns & Messaging
Translate customer needs into segment-specific campaigns.
Create thoughtful messaging and content for customer journeys across account tiers.
Support product launches and pricing rollouts with coherent campaign materials.
Marketing Operations
Optimize tracking systems and attribution in HubSpot.
Generate reports on key KPIs with objectivity (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline influence).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales to align on pipeline goals.
Support Product and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and retention drivers.
Execution & Iteration
Run A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and adjust tactics weekly.
Contribute directly to copywriting, email flows, landing pages, and performance reviews.
your profile
We are looking for someone with
Several years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a growth-stage company.
First experience leading or managing a team, even small.
Proven ability to generate pipeline across inbound, paid, and outbound channels.
Hands-on skills in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
Well-versed in working with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market efforts.
Experience in growth-focused and paid marketing.
Fluent business English; additional languages are a plus.
That said, we’d be particularly delighted to hire someone with
Interest in or understanding of the coffee value chain.
Experience with ABM (account-based marketing) or segmentation-driven campaigns.
Exposure to EMEA, APAC, or LATAM marketing campaigns.
