your area of responsibility
Conceptualize, write, and edit articles, blog posts, press releases, webinars, podcasts, videos, etc. for use in campaigns across different channels.
Develop relevant content based on research, outreach, and a thorough understanding of our products, buyers, and user personas.
Proactively and creatively explore new ways or formats to deliver high-value content to Cropster’s professional community.
Create, coordinate, and distribute regular product email newsletters and targeted email campaigns.
Manage and maintain a Content calendar including deadlines required for the team to meet its obligations.
Strategize and report on the content’s effectiveness to drive traffic and conversions, and identify ways to improve against set KPIs.
Coordinate and prioritize the translation of content utilizing our network of external translators.
Assist internal stakeholders in developing presentations and workshop collateral for trade shows, industry conferences, panels, and keynote presentations.
Assist with the development of print and digital advertisements for the specialty coffee trade media in terms of copywriting and editorial content.
Contribute to the team's implementation of the commercial strategy and the marketing plan.
Assist marketing leadership with the development of a content strategy that includes brainstorming topics, identifying target audiences, setting SMART goals and KPIs, identifying the best channels for distribution, formulating targets, and building an effective budget to meet these goals.
your profile
Strong educational writing and editorial skills, with an outstanding command of the English language.
Professional experience in copywriting in a brand voice and style.
Experience in the development and growth of various content channels.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Squarespace, Typo3, or others.
A passion for technology, tools, and their application in various formats.
Experience in identifying and adapting to current trends to increase community-building.
