Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Ideally within a rapidly growing company in the IT/Software market
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of the Austrian labor law and HR best practices in general
Since our company language is English we expect excellent written and verbal communication skills and you are also fluent in German.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Play an active role in the recruitment and selection process

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program

A minimum annual gross salary of EUR 50,000 OTE if all requirements are met. A higher salary is possible if requirements are exceeded
