your profile

  • 4-6 yrs external relevant experience

  • Possessing a Master’s degree in relevant field (in architecture or civil eng.)

  • Significant demonstrable Project Management experience, with particular evidence of successful delivery and of being able to manage multiple work streams/projects concurrently

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (incl. Microsoft Project)

  • Experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives & reengineering

  • Experience of working in large scale change environment

  • Proficient in using AutoCAD & ArchiCAD

  • TDD experience and competence

  • Self motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability.

  • Positive, dynamic and resilient individual, open to change and able to adapt to changing circumstances

  • Responds positively to challenge, showing consideration for others views and taking these into account when making decisions

  • Ability to seek compromise

  • Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content

  • Strong problem solving skills and able to perform under pressure

  • Fluent spoken and written English, German is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics and/or Business Management is an advantage

your area of responsibility

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan with time schedule to track progress

  • Provide project management fee proposals using some executive support

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools & techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks (red flag reports)

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
