your area of responsibility

During the six-month period, the Content and Communications Intern will be involved in every step of the 2023 edition of the Cartier Women’s Initiative, from the reveal of the 2023 fellows to the Awards Ceremony which will take place in Paris in May. The intern will also have the opportunity to support cross-collaborative projects (that are Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Women Empowerment/Impact focused), focus on professional development and career growth, and work with colleagues from around the world.


  • Support the organization of the Awards Ceremony and the Awards Week, including coordinating with speakers on briefing documents and briefing calls, liaising with production agency and hospitality agency to arrange speakers’ travel, accommodation and onsite rehearsals, curating audiences, organizing breakout sessions, etc.

  • Support the communications asset production of the 2023 fellows (including photos and videos) and the creation of their profiles on our website.

  • Support the year-long thought leadership efforts of the Cartier Women’s Initiative by contributing to the curation and organization of panels, events, and conferences.

your profile

  • a background in business, communications, or international affairs and development a strong interest in the global discourse around women empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.

  • a C2 level of English proficiency (using the CEFR framework for reference). The intern should be able to express herself/himself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations. She or he should also exhibit strong writing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.

  • a good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • a team player with a positive attitude that holds herself/himself and others accountable for the program success.

  • attention to detail.

  • Focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
